WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We try to ship the same day! Yep! Not like before! But, it may take up to 4-5 business days; depending on suppliers as we follow a cycle of certain days, after that our orders gets printed(if required) and shipped.
Shipping takes 5-8 business days for domestic orders of printed products.
International shipping takes 2-4 weeks depending on the product and delivery country and their customs rules.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us within 2 days of product delivery. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE (PARTIAL DELIVERY). WHAT GIVES!?
Sometimes items ship separately from other items, depending on the availability of the exact product you ordered. Do not fret! You will receive it in a separate package around the same time as your first package.
